- II. Technical introduction:
The hydrotester is made up of main machine, hydraulic system, hydraulic pressure and pneumatic system, electric observe and control system and water system.
The hydrotester have two work station: washing and pressure testing.
The washing device have two function: pushing and washing. It is made up of reverse device, washing head, aligning table and sensor.
The main machine is made up of main body, exhaust head, fulfill water, clamp and pass in and out device.
Hydraulic system: hydraulic pressure station, valve box and attachment.
High-pressure pneumatic system: Pressurization cylinder, control valve and
attachment.
Low tension water system: water storage tank and attachment.
Electric observe and control system: electronic control table, PLC, sensor, and computer system.
Ⅲ. Technical Process:
Loading pipe→ pushing →Clean pipe →move to the testing device →fixed position and clamped →exhausted and filled head feed in to and to seal the pipe→ filled in the water and exhausted→ close the vent valve→ pressurized to the order pressure→ keep setting time and testing→ unloading exhausted and filled head back→ loose the clamp→ layoff the pipe
