The operator operates the crane to directly lift the steel coil to the feeding center of the uncoiler. The uncoiler starts the mandrel expansion function to tightly stretch the steel coil onto mandrel. The uncoiler rotates actively to the uncoiling position. Manually, the welding strip (the welding strip fixed to the plate head after slitting) or the packing strap is cut off and removed (this process can be completed by the crane operator). The pressure rollers are used to guide the strip to the clamping and leveling workstation. The clamp rollers hold the steel strip forward and enter the leveler to level the strip head.
